Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and characterization of chitosan-poly(acrylic acid) nanoparticles.

TL;DR: In this paper, the physicochemical properties of nanoparticles were investigated by using size exclusion chromatography, FT-IR, dynamic light scattering, transmission electron microscope and zeta potential.
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation, characterization, and drug release behaviors of drug nimodipine‐loaded poly(ε‐caprolactone)‐poly(ethylene oxide)‐poly(ε‐caprolactone) amphiphilic triblock copolymer micelles

TL;DR: The PEO/PCL ratio of copolymer was a main factor in controlling micelle size, drug‐loading content, and drug release behavior as PCL weight ratio increased, themicelle size and drug‐ loading content increased, and the drug release rate decreased.
Journal ArticleDOI

Degradation behavior of poly(epsilon-caprolactone)-b-poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(epsilon-caprolactone) micelles in aqueous solution.

TL;DR: The morphology of these micelles became more and more irregular during the degradation period, which is explained by a two-stage degradation mechanism with interfacial erosion between the cores and the shells followed by core erosion.
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation, characterization, and drug release behaviors of drug‐loaded ε‐caprolactone/L‐lactide copolymer nanoparticles

TL;DR: In this article, drug-loaded nanoparticles of poly-e-caprolactone (PCL), poly-L-lactide (PLLA), and their copolymers were prepared by precipitation method, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Formation of positively charged poly(butyl cyanoacrylate) nanoparticles stabilized with chitosan

TL;DR: In this article, the formation of positively charged nanoparticles (NP) stabilized with chitosan, positively charged poly(butyl cyanoacrylate) (PBCA) NP were prepared by emulsion polymerization in the presence of chitosa as a polymeric stabilizer at low pH.
