Recent Advances in Intrinsic Self-Healing Cementitious Materials.

TL;DR: The current advances in the development of the intrinsic healing cementitious materials are described, and a new definition of intrinsic self-healing discussed, and the methods to assess the efficiency of different healing mechanisms are briefly summarized.
Journal ArticleDOI

Utilization of low-quality desulfurized ash from semi-dry flue gas desulfurization by mixing with hemihydrate gypsum

TL;DR: In this paper, the feasibility of utilizing low-quality desulfurization ash from semi-dry flue gas desulurization by mixing with α-hemihydrate gypsum was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Utilization of the black tea powder as multifunctional admixture for the hemihydrate gypsum

TL;DR: In this article, the feasibility of using black tea powder produced through green technology (plant-source material and biotechnology) as multifunctional admixture for the hemihydrate gypsum was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of triethanolamine hydrochloride on the performance of cement paste

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of Triethanolamine hydrochloride (C6H15NO3·HCl) on the performance of cement paste was studied to assess the feasibility of TEA·HCL used as an identical accelerator, and the results indicate that moderate TEA-HCl decreases the water requirement for the normal consistency and this decline is related to the formation of the absorbed film on the cement particle.
Journal ArticleDOI

Performance and ITZ of pervious concrete modified by vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer dispersible powder

TL;DR: In this article, the influence of vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer dispersible powder (VAE-P) on the performance and interfacial transition zone (ITZ) of pervious concrete, and explore the mechanism responsible for the resulted performance.
