The invention discloses a seal device which is used for sealing the connector position of an internal connection exhaust pipe and an external connection exhaust pipe of a segmented exhaust pipe. The seal device comprises a tubular body, and the tubular body comprises a first seal part and a second seal part in the length direction, wherein the circumferential face of the outer wall of an internal exhaust pipe orifice is sleeved with the first seal part in an interference mode, and the second seal part can elastically deform. The second seal part is attached to the circumferential face of the outer wall of an external connection exhaust orifice in a pre-pressing and abutting-against mode. The seal device is simple in structure, the sealing performance, under high and low temperature changes and a vibration working condition, of the seal device can be improved, sealing reliability of the connector position of the segmented exhaust pipe can be improved, and the service life of the seal device can be prolonged. On the basis, the invention further discloses the segmented exhaust pipe with the seal device.
