Patent
A cellulase preparation comprising an endoglucanase enzyme
Grethe Rasmussen,Jan Moller Mikkelsen,Martin Schuelein,Shamkant Anant Patkar,Fred Hagen,Carsten M. Hjort,Hastrup Sven +6 more
TL;DR: A cellulase preparation consisting essentially of a homogeneous endoglucanase component which is immunoreactive with an antibody raised against a highly purified ∩43kD extract from Humicola insolens, DSM 1800, or which is homogeneous to said ∩ 43kD enzyme, is employed in the treatment cellulose-containing fabrics for harshness reduction or colour clarification or to provide a localized variation in the color of such fabrics as mentioned in this paper.
Patent
An enzyme capable of degrading cellulose or hemicellulose.
TL;DR: A cellulose- or hemicellulose-degrading enzyme which is derivable from a fungus other than Trichoderma or Phanerochaete, and which comprises a carbohydrate binding domain homologous to a terminal A region of T. reesei cellulases, is described in this article.
Patent
Enzyme capable of degrading cellulose or hemicellulose
TL;DR: A cellulose- or hemicellulose-degrading enzyme which is derivable from a fungus other than Trichoderma or Phanero-chaete, and which comprises a carbohydrate binding domain homologous to a terminal A region of T. reesei cellulases is defined in this paper.
Patent
Cellulase preparation containing endoglucanase
Grethe Rasmussen,Jan Moller Mikkelsen,Martin Schuelein,Shamkant Anant Patkar,Fred Hagen,Carsten M. Hjort,Hastrup Sven +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the cellulase preparation contains a homogeneous endoglucanase component having immunoreactivity with an antibody produced against a highly purified extract from Humicola insolens DSM1800.
