TL;DR: In this paper , the authors measured the physical properties of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) cells by tracking the sequential deformations of single cells as they flow through a series of micron-scale constrictions in a microfluidic device; they called this method Quantitative Cyclical Deformability Cytometry.
