TL;DR: No difference was observed between the medical exercise therapy and conventional physiotherapy groups, but both were significantly better than self‐exercise group, and patient satisfaction was highest formedical exercise therapy.

The effect of medical exercise therapy on a patient with chronic supraspinatus tendinitis. Diagnostic ultrasound--tissue regeneration: a case study.
TL;DR: The use of exercise is emphasized only when treating a 73-year-old patient with a 1-year history of shoulder pain, supporting the possibility of tendon repair with biomechanical stresses from exercise and showing that the supraspinatus tendon had regenerated.
