TL;DR: The secondary prevention reduced the incident of recurrent myocardial infarction and there was a statistically significant relationship between antiplatelet therapy, statin therapy, ACE inhibitor / ARB therapy, family history and adherence to recurrent MI.

TL;DR: Multivariate analysis showed that the several factors involved in determining the rate of recurrent stroke, namely patiens who did not use antihypertensive therapy, had systolic blood pressure≥140mmHg, HDL<40mg/dl, and the lack of exercise, were involved.
