An Anion Adsorbent of the Anti-Hofmeister Type Based on Cobalt(III)-Loaded Chelating Resins Containing 1, 4, 8, 11-Tetraazacyclotetradecane-5, 7-dione

TL;DR: In this article, an anion adsorbent was developed based on a Cobalt(III)-loaded chelating resin containing 1, 4, 8, 11-tetraazacyclo-tetradecane-5, 7-dione.
Journal ArticleDOI

Studies of selective adsorption resins. XVIII: The influence of porosity of macroreticular chelating resin on adsorption of heavy metal ions in an aqueous solution

TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of the porosity of macroreticular chelating resins on the adsorption for metal ion was studied. And the results showed that porosity was positively associated with the initial adaption rate for zinc ion at a space velocity of 15 h−1.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structures and Properties of Cobalt(III) Complexes of Ligands Having the 1,4,8,11-Tetraazacyclotetradecane-5,7-dione Moiety.

TL;DR: In this paper, the acid-dissociation constants of the water molecule axially coordinated to the cobalt(III) are 10-6.65 and 10-7.01 for the L1 and L2 complexes, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Studies of Polymeric Flocculants. XI. The Preparation and Properties of Polyampholytes

TL;DR: In this article, the polyampholytes were prepared by treating potassium polymethacrylate with (3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl)trimethylammonium chloride.
