Journal ArticleDOI
Sleep Findings in Young Adult Patients with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
TL;DR: It is found that trauma-related nightmares are an important factor resulting in increased REM interruptions and wake time after sleep onset in PTSD, and significant positive correlations between the severity of trauma- related nightmare complaints and the percentage of REM interruption, as well as wake time following sleep onset.
Journal ArticleDOI
Long-term patterns of change in ERPs across repeated measurements
TL;DR: The between- and within-session reliabilities of P300 components suggest that P300 may be a reproducible biological marker of state and trait even across repeated measurements, and it is speculated that the observed long-term patterns of change in P 300 may have reflected habituation and dishabituation of certain processes in the human central nervous system.
Journal ArticleDOI
Study of image findings in rapid eye movement sleep behavioural disorder.
Shin‐Ichiro Shirakawa,Noboru Takeuchi,Naohisa Uchimura,Tetu Ohyama,Hisao Maeda,Toshi Abe,Masatoshi Ishibashi,Yuuki Ohshima,Hiroharu Ohshima +8 more
TL;DR: Among the patients with RBD, decreased blood flow in the frontal lobe showed no correlation with the extent of frontal lobe atrophy and might be associated with the pathogenesis of idiopathic RBD.
Journal ArticleDOI
