The wireless terminal transmits taxi riding information of taxi call service when riding to the taxi. A taxi call service terminal(110) transmits the call authorizing information corresponding to a taxi call service request information from the server to the wireless terminal. The server identifies one or more empty taxis on duty. The server transmits call state information including the passenger information who requests the taxi call service and taxi call service request information to an identified tax terminal.
