TL;DR: Depressive disorder 12 months after the earthquake was associated with receipt of government financial support, pre-earthquake physical illness, single marital status, being currently employed, and Han ethnicity, and older age and receipt ofgovernment financial support were significantly associated with 12-month PTSD.

[A cross-sectional survey of the prevalence of depressive-anxiety disorders among general hospital outpatients in five cities in China].
TL;DR: High prevalence and low identification and treatment rate of depressive and/or anxiety disorders were found in the general hospitals in China and training program for physicians and specialists other than psychiatric professionals in general hospitals should be enhanced together with psychiatric consultation.
