A Versatile and Efficient Ligand for Copper‐Catalyzed Formation of C ? N, C ? O, and P ? C Bonds: Pyrrolidine‐2‐Phosphonic Acid Phenyl Monoester
TL;DR: A new and readily available bidentate ligand, namely, pyrrolidine-2-phosphonic acid phenyl monoester (PPAPM), has been developed for the copper-catalyzed formation of C-N, C-O, and P-C bonds, and various N-arylation products were synthesized by using the CuI/ PPAPM catalyst system.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Simple and Efficient Approach to Quinazolinones under Mild Copper‐Catalyzed Conditions
Journal ArticleDOI
General Copper‐Catalyzed Transformations of Functional Groups from Arylboronic Acids in Water
TL;DR: This study should provide a useful strategy for interconversions of the functional groups on aromatic rings in water under air.
Journal ArticleDOI
Highly efficient copper-catalyzed cascade synthesis of quinazoline and quinazolinone derivatives.
TL;DR: A general and highly efficient copper-catalyzed method for synthesis of quinazoline and quinzolinone derivatives and the target products were obtained in good to excellent yields via cascade reactions of amidine hydrochlorides with substituted 2-halobenzaldehydes,2-halophenylketones, or methyl 2- Halobenzoates.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient intermolecular iron-catalyzed amidation of C-H bonds in the presence of N-bromosuccinimide
TL;DR: An efficient, inexpensive, and air-stable catalyst/oxidant (FeCl2/NBS) system that could efficiently promote amidation of benzylic sp3 C-H bonds in ethyl acetate under mild conditions is developed.
