TL;DR: Next-generation Sequencing can reliably and consistently detect low-level KD mutation patients who fail as well as non-responders9, NR, and sub-optimal response (SR) and in all NR patients the mutated clone percentage rose in sequential samples if a clinically relevant mutation was detected.
