The effect of Cu(II) stress on the activity, performance and recovery on the Anaerobic Ammonium-Oxidizing (Anammox) process
TL;DR: In this paper, the short-term effects of Cu(II) on the Anammox process were evaluated using batch tests, showing that the performance of R1 was strongly inhibited by Cu (II) at a concentration of 5 ǫ l−1 with a specific Anammiox activity of 0.9 ǔ n−1, corresponding to a 94% loss in activity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Estimating the recovery of ANAMMOX performance from inhibition by copper (II) and oxytetracycline (OTC)
TL;DR: In this paper, the recovery performance of the upflow anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) upflow sludge blanket reactors (R 1, R 2 ) that were previously subjected to copper (II) and oxytetracycline (OTC) inhibitors with respective levels of 0.5 −5 and 6 −50 −mg L −1 and then operated in the absence of such inhibitors was investigated.

High-efficiency anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactor
TL;DR: In this article, a high efficiency anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactor is proposed, where a plurality of clapboards are arranged in the reaction container and divided into independent reaction chambers in turn, and an independent substrate water inlet is formed at the bottom of each independent reaction chamber.

High-efficiency anaerobic ammonium oxidation reactor
TL;DR: In this paper, a high efficiency anaerobic ammonium oxidation (AHAO) reaction vessel, a main water inlet and a main main water outlet is used for sequentially dividing the reaction vessel into a plurality of independent reaction chambers.
