Coordinated Multi-Point Transmission and Reception for LTE-Advanced

TL;DR: CoMP not only reduces the inter-cell interference (ICI), but also increases the cell average and cell edge user throughput in the both uplink and downlink.
Journal ArticleDOI

Can China’s national Five-Year Plan for environmental protection induce corporate green innovations?

TL;DR: Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the inductive effect of FYPEP is stronger on green utility model patents than on green invention patents, which renders a new framework for the formulation of policies of national environmental protection and corporate green innovation.

A New Parameter Estimation Method of Linear Frequency Modulation Signal

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors introduce the method of high-order ambiguity function (HAF) which is the basic method for estimating the parameters of PPS, and discuss the parameter of estimation error, the cumulative errors when estimating the low order parameters, and the influence from the different between the start of the receiving signal and the real, which are due to the correlation operation.
