Journal ArticleDOI
Photoionization of Ne+ using synchrotron radiation
Aaron Covington,A. Aguilar,I. R. Covington,M. F. Gharaibeh,G. Hinojosa,C. A. Shirley,R. A. Phaneuf,Ignacio Alvarez,C. Cisneros,I. Dominguez-Lopez,M. M. Sant'Anna,Alfred S. Schlachter,Brendan M. McLaughlin,Alexander Dalgarno +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors used synchrotron radiation from an undulator beamline of the Advanced Light Source with a newly developed ion-photon-beam endstation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Anion and cation formation following core-level photoexcitation of CO2
Gunnar Öhrwall,M. M. Sant’Anna,Wayne C. Stolte,Wayne C. Stolte,I. Dominguez-Lopez,L.T. N. Dang,Alfred S. Schlachter,Dennis W. Lindle +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, mass-resolved anion and cation partial-yield spectra following photoexcitation of CO2 have been recorded in the vicinity of the C 1s and O 1s thresholds.
Journal ArticleDOI
Valence-shell photoionization of chlorinelike Ar+ ions
Aaron Covington,A. Aguilar,I. R. Covington,G. Hinojosa,C. A. Shirley,R. A. Phaneuf,Ignacio Alvarez,C. Cisneros,I. Dominguez-Lopez,M. M. Sant’Anna,Alfred S. Schlachter,Connor Ballance,Brendan M. McLaughlin +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors reported absolute cross-section measurements for valence-shell photoionization of Ar${}^{+}$ ions for photon energies ranging from 27.4 to 60.0 eV.
Journal ArticleDOI
Photofragmentation dynamics of core-excited water by anion-yield spectroscopy
W. C. Stolte,M. M. Sant’Anna,Gunnar Öhrwall,I. Dominguez-Lopez,Maria Novella Piancastelli,Dennis W. Lindle +5 more
TL;DR: Partial anion and-cation yields from H2O are presented for photon energies near the oxygen K edge in this article, where the O- yield exhibits a feature above threshold attributed to doubly excited states, in contrast to the H- and cation yields, which are nearly featureless above threshold.
Journal ArticleDOI
Core-level anionic photofragmentation of OCS
L.T. N. Dang,Wayne C. Stolte,Wayne C. Stolte,Gunnar Öhrwall,Gunnar Öhrwall,M. M. Sant'Anna,I. Dominguez-Lopez,Alfred S. Schlachter,Dennis W. Lindle +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, mass spectroscopy is used to study the formation of the S ,C , and Oanions after photoexcitation of OCS in the vicinity of S 2p and C 1s ionization thresholds.
