Journal ArticleDOI

Induced chromosome aberrations in unfertilized oocytes of mice.

TL;DR: The method described in detail seems to be appropriate to examine the induction of genetic defects during oogenesis by chemical agents in mice of the strains C3H and (101×C3H)F1.
Journal ArticleDOI

Induced chromosome aberrations in early embryogenesis of mice

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that chromosome aberrations can be chemically induced in the pre-ovulatory phase of oogenesis, especially with the frequency of aneuploidy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Chromosome anomalies in mouse oocytes after irradiation

TL;DR: Significant, lower frequencies of structural chromosome anomalies were observed irradiating earlier stages of mouse oogenesis, and the frequency of radiation-induced translocations per oocyte agrees with thefrequency of translocations in human lymphocytes after in vitro irradiation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Chromosome aberrations in preimplantation stages of mice after treatment with triazoquinone.

TL;DR: A significant increase in the incidence of structural and numerical chromosome aberrations was observed in the embryos of the experimental series and the embryos which had developed from triazoquinone-treated oocytes showed a significant decrease in the number of blastomeres per embryo.
