Symmetry reduction of variational bicomplexes and the principle of symmetric criticality

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the vanishing of HQ(T, ToOo)) is the only local obstruction to Palais' principle of symmetric criticality, and that such a cochain map exists locally if and only if the relative Lie algebra cohomology condition H^(F, T) is satisfied, where q is the orbit dimension of G, r the Lie algebra of vector fields on E which generate the infinitesimal action of G.

Rank 2 distributions of Monge equations: symmetries, equivalences, extensions

TL;DR: In this article, the Tanaka theory for rank 2 distributions has been used to classify classical Monge equations having maximal finite-dimensional symmetry algebras with fixed (albeit arbitrary) pair of its orders.
Journal ArticleDOI

Recent developments in national Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health strategy

TL;DR: Key events and developments that are reported in this paper elaborate on an agenda that has been developing for more than a decade, particularly the decision made in early 2004 by the Howard government to abolish the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission.
