Journal ArticleDOI

Large area epitaxial germanane for electronic devices

TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis and transfer of epitaxial germanane (GeH) onto arbitrary substrates by electrochemical delamination and investigate its optoelectronic properties is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic proximity effect in Pt / CoFe 2 O 4 bilayers

TL;DR: In this paper, magnetotransport measurements on platinum-cobalt ferrite bilayers demonstrate the presence of magnetic proximity effect (MPE), which results in induced ferromagnetic order in the platinum films.
Journal ArticleDOI

Epitaxial co-deposition growth of CaGe2 films by molecular beam epitaxy for large area germanane

TL;DR: In this article, the growth of CaGe2 films on Ge(111) substrates by molecular beam epitaxy and their subsequent conversion to germanane by immersion in hydrochloric acid is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic Proximity Effect in Pt/CoFe2O4 Bilayers

TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetic proximity effect (MPE) in Pt/CoFe2O4 bilayers grown by molecular beam epitaxy was observed through angle-dependent magnetoresistance measurements at 5 K, which isolate the contributions of induced ferromagnetism and spin Hall effect in the Pt layer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Epitaxial growth of cobalt doped TiO2 thin films on LaAlO3(100) substrate by molecular beam epitaxy and their opto-magnetic based applications

TL;DR: In this paper, the growth process of pristine and cobalt (2, 4, 6, and 8%) doped TiO2 thin films on LaAlO3(100) substrate by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) technique was explored.
