This study is a descriptive survey research to investigate the effect of communication skills of college students on interpersonal satisfaction and subjective happiness. Data were collected using structured questionnaires from 222 students attending two universities located in C and S cities between June 1 and June 10, 2016, and were analyzed using t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression, etc. The results of the study are as follows. The communication skills of the subjects were found to be 2.13 out of 1~5 points, and it was found that there was a significant difference according to grade, perceived home economy level, and leisure activities. Second, communication skills showed a positive correlation with interpersonal satisfaction and subjective happiness. Third, in relation to interpersonal satisfaction, the explanatory power of sex, grade, academic achievement, perceived family economic level and leisure activity was 26.7%, and communication skills further explained 18.4% of interpersonal satisfaction. Fourth, in relation to subjective happiness, the explanatory power of subjective gender, academic achievement, perceived family economic level and leisure activity was 33.0%, and communication skills further explained only 0.3% of subjective happiness. The Effect of Clinical Nurses’ Communication Competency and Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Performance

This study is to find convergent effects of collaborative peer tutoring on communication ability and self-leadership of nursing students. According to the results of Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis test using SPSS/WIN 19.0 for the survey of communication and self-leadership before and after experiments, there were significant differences of personality type, discussion preference and leadership in communication, and of motive of admission, leadership and school grades in self-leadership. There were positive correlations between communication and self-leadership before and after treatments. The results of Wilcoxon signed ranked test showed cooperative peer tutoring increased communication ability and self-leadership significantly each(p=.008, p<.001). These results could be used in developing intervention programs for enhancing communication and self-leadership of nursing students after further studies with wider range of subjects and setting control group.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 자존감, 자아탄력성, 사회적지지, 대학생활적응 수준을 확인하고 간호대학 
생들의 대학생활적응의 예측 요인을 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 T광역시에 소재하는 3개 전문대학 간호학과 학생 
437명이었다. 자료수집을 위한 설문조사는 2011년 10월 9일부터 11월 27일까지 실시되었다. 연구결과, 대상자가 인식 
하는 자존감이 높을수록, 자아탄력성이 높을수록, 사회적지지 수준이 높을수록 대학생활적응을 잘하는 것으로 나타났 
다. 이들 세 변인의 대학생활적응에 대한 설명력은 40.4%였으며(F=6.732, p=.010), 특히 자존감은 간호대학생의 대학 
생활적응을 32.2% 설명함으로써 간호대학생들의 대학생활적응을 예측하는 가장 중요한 요인으로 확인되었다(β=.362, 
p<.001). 본 연구결과에 의하면, 간호대학생들의 대학생활적응을 위해서는 간호교육과정 개발시 간호대학생들의 자존 
감을 고려할 것과 간호대학생들의 자존감을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이다.

INTRODUCTION Depression is a mood disorder associated with feelings of hopelessness, inadequacy, guilt, fear, and worthiness [1]. Depression is one of the most common psychiatric disorders and a common problem of human life today and is found in almost all countries and cultures. Depression is one of the most common mental illnesses in different communities and is predicted to be the second most common postcardiovascular disease in 2020, accounting for 15% of total disease [2]. PPD can be caused by physiological or hormonal disorders or caused by stress during pregnancy. It can also be due to the fatigue caused by lack of sleep during this time, the mother’s mental health care of the newborn child, the fear of losing attraction to the spouse, or the continued maternal depression [3].

본 연구는 고등학교과학과목(이하, 과학과목)이수가 대학 입학 후 기초간호과학과 전공간호학성적에 미 치는 융합적 효과를 조사하기 위해 일 대학 간호학과 4학년 111명 대상으로 시도되었다. SPSS 19.0으로 t 검정, Pearson 상관계수, 다중 및 단일회귀분석을 시행한 결과, 생물Ⅰ, 생물Ⅱ, 화학Ⅰ, 화학Ⅱ이수집단의 해부학, 생리 학, 병리학 평균이 유의하게 높았고, 생물Ⅱ 이수집단의 전공간호학평균이 유의하게 높았으며, 과학과목이수와 기 초간호과학 및 전공간호학 간, 화학Ⅱ 이수와 기초간호과학 간, 기초간호과학과 전공간호학 간 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 과학과목이수의 기초간호과학, 전공간호학에 대한 설명력은 각각 18.2%, 8.6%이었고, 기초간호과학의 전 공간호학에 대한 설명력은 63.8%였다. 이 연구결과는 대상과 지역을 확대하여 반복연구 후 입학사정 시 참고자료 로 활용될 수 있고, 입학 전 과학과목을 이수하지 않은 신입생의 기초간호과학의 효과적인 수강을 위한 준비프로그 램의 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Converging Effects of Complete Science Subjects in High School on the Grades of Basic Nursing Sciences and Major Nursing Subjects of Nursing Students of one University

This study is to find the weaknesses in drug dose calculations of nursing students by analyzing their general characteristics, confidence(C), performances in classes(PC) and exam sheets of drug dose calculations. The data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0. There was no significant difference between male and female students in simple calculation ability(SCA), but male students' mean scores were higher in applied calculation ability(ACA) and accuracy on calculation(AC). There were no significant differences in calculation abilities according to high school departments. And students were weak in questions which are needed ACA. The explanation rate of C on PC and PC on AC were 4.2% and 3.2% respectively, so there were weak positive effects from C to PC, and PC to AC. This study suggests that there is a need to develop and implement an intervention program according to students’ abilities to increase AC, C, and PC by studying math on an ongoing basis. This study needs to be cautious in generalizing, because the data set was limited to nursing students from one university. •
