Journal ArticleDOI

Dielectric relaxation of Y1−xRxFeO3 (R = Dy, Er, x = 0, 0.5)

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used the Cole-Cole equation to analyze the real and imaginary parts of dielectric permittivity and found that the conduction mechanism in the samples may be due to the polaron hopping based on the electron carriers.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electronic structure and transport properties of antiferromagnetic double perovskite Y2AlCrO6

TL;DR: In this paper, the antiferromagnetic G-type magnetic ordering in Y2AlCrO6 (YAC) has been investigated by electronic band structure calculations, and the experimental lattice parameters, obtained from the Rietveld refinement of the X-ray diffraction data, are initiated by the electronic structure calculations.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Structural and dielectric properties of Y1/2Er1/2FeO3

TL;DR: In this article, the frequency dependence of real and imaginary parts of dielectric permittivity was analyzed using modified Cole-Cole equation and the complex impedance plane plots of the sample showed that both grain and grain-boundary effects are present in the relaxation (conduction) process.
