Some perceptual changes during sensitivity training

TL;DR: In this article, a study was conducted to determine whether changes occur in students' self perceptions and their perception of trainers during a sensitivity training experience, and the results showed that self-understanding, insight into interpersonal rela tions, recognition of organizational and cultural variables, and improved communication skills were developed.
