Magnetic and mössbauer study of rare-earth-substituted M-, W- and X-type hexagonal ferrites

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of substitution of Ba2+ ions for some trivalent rare-earth ions on the magnetic properties and phase formation of M-, W- and X-type hexaferrites are studied.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic anisotropy of carbon doped Nd2Fe14B

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of carbone on les proprietes magnetiques du systeme Nd 2 Fe 14 B 1−x C x, le champ d'anisotropie augmente avec x; l'aimantation a saturation and le point de Curie diminuent.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic and Mössbauer study of Y2-xNdxFe14B

TL;DR: In this paper, a characterization of the system Y2-xNdxFe14B has been made and it has been shown that Nd ions give the main contribution to the anisotropy and to be responsible for first order magnetization processes and reorientation spin transitions observed at low temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic properties of polycrystalline BaFe12O19 thin films prepared from metallorganic decomposition on ZrO2-coated Si substrates

TL;DR: In this article, the metallorganic decomposition technique has been applied to grow high-coercivity isotropic polycrystalline BaFe 12 O 19 thin films on ZrO 2 /Si substrates.
