TL;DR: Four patients are presented with a relatively mild phenotype including pulmonary infectious EBV-related lymphoproliferative diseases, an autoimmune phenomenon, and non-typical findings of IgG hypergammaglobulinemia accompanied by IgA and IgE deficiency were recorded in all patients.
