TL;DR: In this paper, a 64-year-old woman presented with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and showed normal myocardium perfusion in the setting of normal coronary arteries on coronary angiogram and midventricular akinetic segments is compatible with nonischemic injury.
