Conditions for simultaneous achievement of local and global feedback objectives with multiple controllers

Abstract: This paper examines the feedback properties of a decentralized large scale feedback system. It is assumed that each controller is designed using a local model of the system to achieve its individual feedback objectives. The effect of the local objectives on the properties of the overall closed loop system are examined.
