Preferences for Written and Spoken Expressions of Thanks Among American Professionals
TL;DR: This article conducted a study based on a gratitude journaling exercise over the course of a month by 58 American professionals (Study 1) and a survey of over 1,000 professionals. But the results showed that expressing thanks in the workplace involves thoughtfulness and skill.
