Aprendiendo a aprender

Analyze the teaching processes based on the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) of the teachers of the Technology in Construction Management of Architectural Projects program and its impact on the academic performance and professional practices of the students in the semester. 2019-2 at the Universidad del Atlantico headquarters Suan. Hermeneutic paradigm study, qualitative approach and descriptive and documentary type. We worked with teachers, students and graduates of the Technology in Construction Management of Architectural Projects program, as well as evaluators of professional practices through a semi-structured interview. The testimony of the participants revealed shortcomings in the use of ICT in the teaching / learning process, which have negatively affected academic performance and professional practices. The difficulties in the use of ict are associated with the lack of access to these technological inputs, the basic use of office automation tools and softwares in common use in the development of their technological career and in working life. It is necessary to think that, for teaching / learning models, the use of ICT is necessary in order to stimulate cognitive development, strengthening training processes and assertively influencing the academic performance of students.

Uso de las TIC en Arquitectura: experiencia de un programa tecnólogo de la Universidad del Atlántico, Barranquilla, Colombia

Objective: to demonstrate the transformation process of the Quality Assurance System (SAC) of Higher Education in Colombia, which has led to updating processes of the two main normative references that determine the processes of qualified registration and high quality accreditation? Method: the methodology applied in this study includes documentary analysis, descriptive data analysis and comparative analysis. Results: In the findings, the evolution of the SAC between the years 1998 and 2019, is evidenced in quantitative terms, and the main normative elements that were updated in this transformation process are also described. Discussion y Conclusion: the processes of updating the normative references that support the SAC, generates a process of transformation of the sector and proposes new challenges for each of the actors.

Esta se midio a partir del reconocimiento social, factores diferenciadores y expectativas de los estudiantes, se recopilaron datos en el CNA, OLE y SNIES. Finalmente, se implementaron ecuaciones estructurales para medir el impacto de las variables latentes y observables que conformarian un modelo exploratorio de medicion de la percepcion de calidad de la educacion superior. This was measured based on social recognition, differentiating factors and student expectations, data were collected in the CNA, OLE, and SNIES. Modelo Exploratorio de Calidad en la Educación Superior

El trabajo de grado La calidad en educacion superior. Analisis del abordaje en un medio de
comunicacion en Colombia: caso Revista Semana (2011-2014), es una investigacion proyectada
con el fin de identificar el abordaje conceptual de la calidad en Educacion Superior en Colombia,
en un medio de comunicacion de circulacion publica, la Revista Semana en el periodo
determinado entre el 2011 y 2014. Para ello se realizo una descripcion de los procesos y sucesos
que dan cuenta del contexto historico y conceptual de la concepcion de calidad, posteriormente
con el uso de la herramienta Matriz para la organizacion del corpus documental que fue objeto de
analisis, y la herramienta conceptual de Saberes Tecnicos y Saberes Politicos acunados por
Heredia (2014), se procedio a realizar el analisis del material correspondiente a los articulos de la
Revista Semana que abordaron el tema de la Calidad en Educacion Superior entre los anos 2011 y
2014.

In this theoretical article, the heuristic V tool of Gowin was used in order to perform a review and documentary analysis on the generalities of educational quality in Colombian higher education, with the purpose of critically exploring the change that it has undergone, since the 1991 Political Constitution of Colombia until the 2014-2018 National Development Plan; being able to interpret the relevant concepts in this field. On the other hand, it was obtained a theoretical basis of the results produced in the area, which can be used as a reference in research around the subject and in the processes of qualified registration and accreditation. What is presented (here) is a theoretical approach from the analysis of the veracity of the information and the description of the results in terms of the concept of educational quality and its antecedents in Colombian higher education; in this study, there are shown the limitations of the current system of assurance of quality, and the need to transform it.

Calidad educativa en la educación superior colombiana: una aproximación teórica

Liquefaction occurs in locations where water rises to the surface of the ground, as in swamps, streams, and along beaches. The study of this phenomenon is important in the field of sanitary engineering, since this must be considered in the design and construction of hydro-sanitary works in which its occurrence must be known at conceptual and experimental levels. The above in order to analyze the behavior of the soil to be intervened, so that the occurrence of the liquefaction phenomenon is minimal and the structures do not suffer any possible damage. In this research article, the results obtained from a theoretical-experimental work in soil liquefaction phenomenon are presented. The process was developed in three phases. In the experimental stage, the samples of undrained soil were characterized, which can be subjected to the process of liquefaction, by applying the model proposed. Subsequently, five trials were conducted with different volumes of material that underwent a specific water table. Finally, the data obtained through the statistical correlation model were analyzed, which allowed to determine the occurrence of the event, and to analyze the phenomenon and its possible implications in hydro-sanitary works.

Análisis del fenómeno de licuefacción en suelos y sus implicaciones sanitarias
