Proceedings ArticleDOI

A fast maximum power point tracker for photovoltaic power systems

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a novel maximum power point controller, which not only can track the maximum power of an array quickly without perturbation and observation process but also can be implemented easily.
Journal ArticleDOI

Modeling of a three‐phase step up/down ac/dc converter

TL;DR: In this article, analytic duty cycle control laws for a three-phase step up/down converter containing seven active switches are first derived to achieve a clean sinusoidal input current, adjustable power factor, bidirectional power flow capability and clean output DC voltage.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Selection of Anode and Cathode Materials for Top Emission Organic Light-Emitting Diodes

TL;DR: In this paper , the effects of hole injection layer, anode buffer layer, and an electron injection layer on the luminescence characteristics of TE-OLEDs were investigated, and the optimum thickness was adjusted, enabling the hole to be injected smoothly from the anode to the NPB and then to an emitting layer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Lifetime Comparisons of Organic Light-Emitting Diodes Fabricated by Solution and Evaporation Processes

TL;DR: In this article , a blue fluorescent organic light-emitting diode (OLED) with a 1 cm2 emitting area was fabricated by a solution process, and a hole-injection layer PEDOT:PSS with a thickness of 55 nm was added to make the ITO surface flatter and to reduce the probability of a short circuit caused by the spike effect.
