Journal ArticleDOI

Two-dimensional materials for advanced Li-S batteries

TL;DR: Li et al. as mentioned in this paper summarized the state-of-the-art advances of 2D materials for advanced high-energy Li-S batteries, which can efficiently prevent the diffusion and migration of the dissolved polysulfides via physical confinement and chemical interaction, revealing the synergistic effects for suppressing shuttle effect and stabilizing high performance.
Journal ArticleDOI

Lithiated Nafion-garnet ceramic composite electrolyte membrane for solid-state lithium metal battery

TL;DR: Li et al. as mentioned in this paper used X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope to investigate the interaction between LLZAO and Li-Nafion, and found that the LLZO interacts with the Li Nafion to form a space charge layer at the interface.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dual strategy with Li-ion solvation and solid electrolyte interphase for high Coulombic efficiency of lithium metal anode

TL;DR: In this paper, 1,3-dioxolane (DOL) was used as the solvent in its-fluorinated ether (TTE) blends, which significantly reshaped the solvation structure of Li-ion in the mixed solvent of DOL-TTE.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synergistic effect of Li2MgTi3O8 coating layer with dual ionic surface doping to improve electrochemical performance of LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathode materials

TL;DR: In this paper, Li2MgTi3O8 (LMTO)-coated LiNi06Co02Mn02O2 (NCM622) cathode materials for Li-ion batteries were successfully synthesized by wet coating combined with sintering process.
Journal ArticleDOI

Incorporation of layered tin (IV) phosphate in graphene framework for high performance lithium-sulfur batteries

TL;DR: In this article, the authors employed the SnP-G-sulfur composites as the novel sulfur hosts to anchor the polysulfide and enhance the conversion kinetics of disulfide / sulfide.
