The digital signal-obtaining for the new type of gyroscope is given. The single optic-fiber sensor via modulating intensity of light is used as measuring component and mutually orthogonal fixed at the equator plane of rotor, the received light of sensor is modulated by the scheme engraved on the rotor, the angle signal included in receiving light is obtained on the end of sensor. The influence on static transmission properties resulting from the especial working environment (e.g. cryogenic and vacuum) and the measure error because of the reflector shape of rotor, the abnormality of facula from sensor caused by the existence of engraving error, the fixing error of sensor and the error of machine tool's initial alignment are researched. The mathematic model in every kind of condition is founded, the simulation and relative experiments are done and the outcome is analyzed. The mathematic model and method of compensating technology are studied, some relative experiments are done, the result of study is useful to improve the precision of the signal-obtaining system.

The analysis of signal-obtaining error factor of sensor in a new type of gyro

Nitrogen balance method and nitrogen-free diet were used in this study to determine nitrogen maintenance requirement (NM) and nitrogen maintenance requirement per unit metabolism body weight (NM′) of black porgy Acanthopagrus schlegeli. Fish with body weight (BW) of 50, 80, 120, 160 and 200 g were fed by the diets containing three graded levels of crude protein (380, 420 and 460 g/kg). The results from nitrogen balance experiment showed that the amount of nitrogen deposition varied from 0.15 to 0.31 mg/g BW per day, accounting for 12.2% to 21.1% of nitrogen intake. The amount of fecal nitrogen excretion varied from 0.21 to 0.32 mg/g BW per day, accounting for 16.3% to 21.6% of nitrogen intake. The endogenous nitrogen excretion, a main part of nitrogen consumption varied from 0.79 to 0.97 mg/g BW per day, accounting for 63.3 % to 68.0% of nitrogen intake. Positive correlation was found between NM and body weight, while a negative correlation was found between NM of unit body weight and the growth duration. No significant differences (p>0.05) were found in NM′ among different growth stages. The average of NM′ was 0.485 7mg/g per day. The results from nitrogen-free diet experiment showed that a negative correlation between NM and feed intake of nitrogen-free diet. NM increased with the decrease of feed intake of fish. The average of NM was 0.482 9 mg/g BW per day that was close to 0.483 8 mg/g BW obtained from fish with 120 g BW in nitrogen balance experiment. The nitrogen balance method is recommended to be a better method for determining NM in consideration of fish stress and result stability. This study also provides a calculated result of the protein content in diets, which is necessary for maintaining fish body protein at different growth stages. The calculation was based on the amount of nitrogen required for maintaining body protein per kg BW.

Assessment of nitrogen maintenance requirement in juvenile Black Porgy Acanthopagrus schlegeli

Some construct characteristics and composing material of the new Gyro's rotor are introduced. Some factors resulting in deformation of the rotor surface are analyzed. Under different loads such as the force of deflecting center, the change of temperature, the force of pressure and couple factors, the deformation of rotor is analyzed with the wavelet finite element simulation software. The vector distributing map of rotor reformation is given. The deformation resulting from the pressure force of photon is studied. Finally, the influence on Gyro's performance because of anomalous surface of rotor due to deformation of rotor is researched and the result is useful to forecast the performance of the drift of gyroscope. The disturbing moment resulting from the deformation of rotor can be compensated using the mathematic method, and provides an important reference for both design and optimization of the rotor.

Analysis of deformation of rotor and influence on the performance of Gyro based on B-Spline wavelet FEM

The magnetic supported system in the new type of Gyro is designed according to the characters of magnetic supported system. A method using additional compensating coil is proposed. It is proved that the rotor suspended in the system is stably suspended. The control mathematic model for Gyro's rotor supported system is founded. The system is characterized by its instability psila nonlinearity ldr In this paper psila a variable Controller is designed. On the basis of common control theories, a Variable controller is designed. The simulation results show that our controller is characterized by fast dynamic responding, strong robustness. The results show that the controller can keep every state parameter in the rotor magnetic supported system to trend towards its designed value.

Research of Variable Structure Control System of Supported Rotor System

The complicated motion of the gyroscope includes the rotation, the precession, the nutation and the sliding motion which are coupled, and it is affected by the lash-force by the whip. Taking the gyroscope which is moving stably as the research subject, according to the motion characteristics of the gyro’s rotation and precession, the gyro is assumed to be the two-force bar, and the coupled relationship of the gyroscope is analyzed quantitatively. The three-dimensional complicated motion in the different categories is analyzed. The nonlinear differential equations in the different categories is derived and linearized by the minor variables method, and then the three-dimensional motion equations on the rotation, precession, nutation and slipping of the gyroscope in the different categories is established. Take the big gym gyroscope as the example, the influence of the force, time and position of the whip on the motion state of the gyroscope is analyzed in detail, and provides the basis for the design of the gyroscope.

Optimization Analysis on Gyroscope’s Three Dimensions Complicated Motion and Lash-Force

In this paper, a photoelectric signal obtained scheme via equator triangle pattern engraved on rotor is discussed and the mathematic model is deduced in the case which is deflexion between rotor axis and the coordinate frame of case. The deflexion error and coupling error under the situation are analyzed. Finally, three methods of engraving based on the spherical triangle pattern are presented. The error models of various methods are built up and the simulation curves are provided respectively. We have done the primary experiments on the surface of rotor using this method. It can be seen from the enlarged figures that the rim of the pattern is smooth and the demand of sensor resolution is satisfied by and large. The results of study supply reference for signal obtaining.
