Journal ArticleDOI
On-Site Detection of SARS-CoV-2 Antigen by Deep Learning-Based Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy and Its Biochemical Foundations.
Jinglin Huang,Wen Jiaxing,Wen Jiaxing,Minjie Zhou,Ni Shuang,Wei Le,Chen Guo,Lai Wei,Yong Zeng,Daojian Qi,Ming Pan,Jianan Xu,Yan Wu,Li Zeyu,Yuliang Feng,Zongqing Zhao,Zhibing He,Li Bo,Zhao Songnan,Baohan Zhang,Peili Xue,Shusen He,Kun Fang,Yuanyu Zhao,Kai Du +24 more
TL;DR: In this article, a deep learning-based surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy technique was developed for the sensitive, rapid, and on-site detection of the SARS-CoV-2 antigen in the throat swabs or sputum from 30 confirmed COVID-19 patients.
Journal ArticleDOI
Temporal patterns of influenza A subtypes and B lineages across age in a subtropical city, during pre-pandemic, pandemic, and post-pandemic seasons
Linlin Zhou,Huiping Yang,Yu Kuang,Tianshu Li,Jianan Xu,Shuang Li,Ting Huang,Chuan Wang,Wanyi Li,Mingyuan Li,Shusen He,Ming Pan +11 more
TL;DR: Differences in periodicity and age distribution by subtype/lineage and by season highlight the importance of increasing year-round influenza surveillance and developing subtype-lineage- and age-specific prevention and control measures.
Journal ArticleDOI
Association of meteorological factors with seasonal activity of influenza A subtypes and B lineages in subtropical western China.
Ming Pan,Huiping Yang,J Jian,Yu Kuang,Jianan Xu,Tianshu Li,Xiao-Nong Zhou,W L Wu,Zhihe Zhao,Can Wang,Wanyi Li,M Y Li,Shusen He,Linlin Zhou +13 more
TL;DR: Differences in seasonality and different associations with meteorological factors by influenza subtypes/lineages should be considered in epidemiological studies in the tropics/subtropics.
Journal ArticleDOI
SARS-CoV-2 Seroprevalence and Profiles Among Convalescents in Sichuan Province, China.
Lijun Zhou,Cheng Li,Huiping Yang,Heng Yuan,Ming Pan,Xiuwei Cheng,Chongkun Xiao,Xiaoyan Su,Yuanfang Zhu,Jianan Xu,Jianxiang Tang,Xunbo Du,Huanwen Peng,Xiao Chen,Tao Huang,Hongxiu Liao,Deqiang Xian,HaoZhou Wang,Wenwu Liu,Ping Zhou,Zhengdong Zhang,Juan Liu,Xianping Wu,Tao Zhang +23 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors explore and understand the SARS-CoV-2 seroprevalence of convalescents, the association between antibody levels and demographic factors, and the seroepidemiology of the COVID-19 patients.
Journal ArticleDOI
The First Case of COVID-19 by an A.27 Lineage Variant Detected in a Returning Employee - Sichuan Province, China, January 7, 2021.
Li Liu,Tao Luo,Gaopeng Lei,Yuliang Feng,Xiang Zhao,Huiping Yang,Jianan Xu,Ming Pan,Linlin Zhou +8 more
TL;DR: Phylogenetic analysis revealed that SCSR-455 was located in the Pangolin lineage A.27 which was designated in February 2021, which was first detected in Denmark on December 14, 2020 and then transmitted to several other countries, including Belgium, France, Netherlands, Nigeria, Rwanda, Switzerland, the United Kingdom (UK), and Turkey.
