Journal ArticleDOI

Evaluation of monovalent and bivalent vaccines against lethal Enterovirus 71 and Coxsackievirus A16 infection in newborn mice.

TL;DR: The results indicated that bivalent vaccination is promising for HFMD vaccine development, and VLPs should be used to combine both EV71 and CVA16 antigens as a candidate vaccine for prevention of HFMD virus transmission.
Journal ArticleDOI

Protective Immune Responses Elicited by Fusion Protein Containing PsaA and PspA Fragments

TL;DR: The results support the PsaA–PspA fusion protein as a promising vaccine strategy, as demonstrated by its ability to enhance the immune response and stimulate production of high titer antibodies against S. pneumoniae strains bearing heterologous PspAs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Respiratory Syncytial Virus F Subunit Vaccine With AS02 Adjuvant Elicits Balanced, Robust Humoral and Cellular Immunity in BALB/c Mice

TL;DR: Results suggest that AS02 may be an excellent candidate adjuvant for RSV-F subunit vaccines, and transcriptome analysis revealed that AS 02 regulates immune balance by activating TLR-4 and promotes Th1-type immune responses.
Journal ArticleDOI

Candidate chiral doublet bands in Pm 138

TL;DR: In this article, a positive-parity side band with the same configuration as that of the yrast band was observed in the Pm reaction at a beam energy of 105 MeV.
Journal ArticleDOI

Candidate chiral doublet bands in 128 La

TL;DR: In this paper, a positive-parity sideband with the same configuration as that of the yrast band has been identified and the spins of the sideband have been assigned based on the $\ensuremath{\Delta}I=1$ mixed $M 1/E2$ and $E 2$ characters of the linking transitions.
