OPM3® Portugal Project: Analysis of Preliminary Results

From the perspective of participants of IT projects, this literature analyzed how to design a new IT project management system. The key to it is to study on one-member management, binary system and ternary system of IT project management. Based on the above research, we found that the unreasonable relations existed in present three-member management system, thus putting forward the suggestions for dealing with the relations of three kinds of roles in the management system.

Theses days,consumers in our country require higher and higher quality of service,especially in green food industry;On the other hand,the logistics information of this industry is managed incorrectly and can't be made full use of,and there are more taches in this industry,which result in high operating expenses and slow improvement of service quality.An operation process of logistics management information system is designed for food industry on basis of sufficient investigation in this paper.The system includes three segments——providers,distribution center and trattorias.The segment of distribution center is the most important,a data flow of this segment is designed particularly.

Logistics Information Management System in Modern Green Food Industry

SSH protocol is commonly used to connect to a server in the enterprise network for operation and maintenance (O&M). However, it also brings some security problems in the monitoring and auditing because the protocol itself encrypts and compresses the transmission data. This article will introduce an SSH protocol audit system based on the proxy technology. Our system can completely monitor all the accessing for SSH, SFTP, SCP, and provide playback function by all the operations from users. It can solve some of the problems that exist in the enterprise O&M operations.

Practical IT project management in the 1990s

As an important part of IT project procurement management, IT project procurement models have played a critical role in enhancing fund use efficiency to achieve the objectives of IT project. This paper discusses the relationship between life cycle and procurement of IT project, thus putting forward two procurement models, that is, single-stage procurement model and two-stage procurement model. The concepts, application conditions, advantages and disadvantages of these two procurement models are analyzed in detail in the paper. Comparisons between these two models are made. Moreover, the paper also conducts comparative analysis on the four sub-models of two-stage procurement model, whose demarcation points are rest on requirement analysis, preliminary design, detailed design and implementation respectively. Research on the Procurement Model of IT Project

The information process is along with the whole material process in logistics system. It can improve the logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs to manage and control the information process of logistics system. This paper redesigns the information process based on BPR (business process reengineering), and makes the logistics system of information process more smoothly and efficiently, and makes the management of logistics systems more scientific.

Work Breakdown Structure of IT project is one basic part of IT project management. IT project valuation and price, IT project objective control, IT project procurement and IT project contract management are all connected with IT Work breakdown Structure. This paper studies IT work breakdown structure and the meaning of each level including IT project, monomial works, unit works, subsection works and subentry works by analyzing the purpose of IT Work Breakdown Structure. Based on the research above, this paper makes a detailed research on the breakdown of monomial works including communication engineering, software development, system integration and website construction, thus putting forward IT work breakdown structure and breakdown structure of the four monomial works mentioned above. With the rapid development of information technology and the projectized trend of information technology activities, IT has become one of the most comprehensive application areas of project management following the construction and aerospace (1). IT project management is a rising management branch of knowledge and it is in the process of being an independent subject system as well as an important branch of project management. IT Work Breakdown Structure, IT Organization Breakdown Structure and IT Contract Breakdown Structure are foundation of IT project management. IT project management model, IT project valuation, IT project price, IT project objective control, IT project procurement and IT project contract management are inseparable from IT Work Breakdown Structure; that's to say, they all need to be carried out based on IT Work Breakdown Structure. In order to actualize IT project management scientifically, normatively, systematically and effectively, it is necessary to decompose the IT project. At the present time, there are a few researches related to IT Work Breakdown Structure with some immature production. This paper makes a study on the purpose of IT Work Breakdown Structure, the breakdown levels of IT projects and the meanings of each level, Breakdown structure of monomial works including communication engineering, software development, system integration and website construction.

Research on Work Breakdown Structure of IT Project

The O&M (Operation & Maintenance) phase of IT project is the phase when IT project yields economic return or performs its function and the owner gains the interest. Whether the investment and construction of IT project is successful or not depends on the result of the maintenance. Moreover, the selection of IT project O&M model has an important effect on the efficiency of IT project O&M. The traits of IT operation and maintenance are analyzed from the owner’s aspect. Besides, we research the traits, advantages and disadvantages, and scope of application of the three models: self-O&M model, outsourcing O&M model, mixed O&M model.
