Beschrieben wird eine elektrische Schalteinrichtung fur ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem Schalthebel und mit einem elektrischen Aktuator, der einen Schaltanschlag fur den Schalthebel in bzw. auser Kraft setzen kann, wobei in mindestens einem Betatigungsweg des Schalthebels ein Begrenzungselement angeordnet ist, dessen Ausdehnung innerhalb eines Betatigungsweges des Schalthebels durch den Aktuator veranderbar ist.

Elektrische Schalteinrichtung für ein Kraftfahrzeug

An actuating device for a gear shifting transmission. The actuating device includes a selector lever which has stable selector lever positions, and a detent mechanism with a detent element and notched gate, the detent element is connected to the selector lever. The notched gate is disposed on a gate shaft that rotates when actuated. The gate shaft includes at least one helical return groove for the detent element. Due to rotation of the gate shaft, the detent element can be transferred from a start position, along the return groove, into a target position. The selector lever position always reflects the actual gear stage of the transmission, even with shift-by-wire-controlled gear shifting transmissions. The driver is provided with reliable visual and tactile feedback about the gear state of the transmission. The actuating device is structurally reliable, has low energy consumption, produces minimal noise, and requires minimal construction space.

Operating device with gate shafts

An operating device for selecting shift stages in a shift-by-wire gearbox. The device comprises a selector lever which is movable between a drive gear position and a park position, and a locking device with a spring-loaded detent pin and a lock-in gate. An actuator device, that moves the selector lever, comprises a disengagement device. A detent pin and a lock-in gate can be brought, via a disengagement device, from a first relative position, in which the detent pin engages a shifting track of the lock-in gate, into another relative position, in which the detent pin disengages the shifting track. The operating device facilitates simple and safe actuator-induced return of the selector lever, into the park position, and offers the driver reliable optic and tactile feedback about the actual shift condition of the transmission.

The lever has a lever rod (1) supported in a housing (10) over two axes (2, 3), where the axes are separated from each other and run perpendicular to each other. The axes are supported in the housing in such a manner that the axes are movable in an axial direction so that the rod is deviated around rotation axes that are formed through center axes of the two axes. A haptic unit is formed by a pressure unit (8), gear wheels, motor and/or a damper and is provided for producing a force path of the lever, where the unit is fixedly arranged with respect to the housing.

The gear changing device has an external housing (2) attached to the gearbox housing and an internal housing (3) with upper and lower bearings for a vertically sliding and pivoted gear changing shaft (6), with a switching finger, a switching pin cooperating with a switching guide (11) and a spring-loaded ball ratchet for defining the gear positions. The ratchet cooperates with a contour plate (14) with upper and lower V-shaped sections defining the neutral position and vertical grooves defining the gear engagement positions.

Shift mechanism for change-speed gearing in motor vehicles

The casing (10) holds the gear-lever (12) so that it can swivel while being fastened to a shaft (14) mounted in the housing (16) and holding the first cable pulley (18) rotated by the gear lever as it swivels to its positions for a gear change. The gear box (20) houses a gear shaft (22) and the second gear pulley (24), connected to the first gear pulley by a tension cable formed of an inner flexible cable (26) and two cable covers (28,30). The steel cable (26) has at one end an anchoring pin (32) clamped in a groove (34) of the pulley (18), and then goes in the circumferential groove (36) to the abutments (38,40).
