Paras Karmacharya,Courtney Stull,Alisa J. Stephens-Shields,M. Elaine Husni,Jose U. Scher,Ethan T. Craig,Robert Fitzsimmons,Soumya M. Reddy,Marina Magrey,Alexis Ogdie,Jessica A. Walsh +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a longitudinal cohort study was performed within the PsA Research Consortium (PARC) to determine the responsiveness to therapy and minimally clinically important improvement (MCII) for patient-reported outcome (PRO) measures in psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and to examine the impact of baseline disease activity on the ability to demonstrate change.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: Novel factors associated with multi-biologic use in PsO are identified and further studies in this area are needed to achieve a precision medicine approach.
Journal ArticleDOI
Moving the Goalpost Towards Remission: The Case for Combination Immunomodulatory Therapies in Psoriatic Arthritis
TL;DR: In the field of psoriatic arthritis, many of the diagnostic approaches, imaging modalities, therapeutics and outcome measures paralleled (and at times became identical to) those developed for rheumatoid arthritis.

Fri0355 impact of biologic therapy on the incidence of psa among patients with psoriasis
Alexis Ogdie,Thorvardur Jon Love,Junko Takeshita,Jeffrey M. Gelfand,Jose U. Scher,Hyon K. Choi,Robert Fitzsimmons,Christopher T. Ritchlin,Joseph F. Merola,Joseph F. Merola +9 more
TL;DR: A retrospective cohort study in the Optum de-identified Electronic Health Record dataset between 2006-2017 found that Confounding by indication or protopathic bias may explain the observed association of biologic therapy with the development of PsA among patients with psoriasis.
