Comparative in vitro effects of nitrous oxide, halothane, and cyclopropane on rat bone marrow oxygen consumption and anaerobic glycolysis

TL;DR: Bone marrow hemopoiesis is depressed in vivo after chronic exposure to anesthetic agents, and the difference between anesthetic agent concentrations suggests that cyclopropane is unable to produce the Krebs cycle mitochondrial inhibition produced by halothane.
