TL;DR: Histopathologic examination showed bilateral central retinal vein thrombosis with recanalization and confirmed the presence of intraretinal hemorrhages and the sub-ILM schisis cavities, and Ghost erythrocytes were demonstrated in the cavities by electron microscope.
