This method includes a step of acquiring a statistic of at least part of pixels of a digital image, a step of extracting a characteristic value of a background color by using an acquired statistic, a step of performing a selection operation of a pixel within the digital image in which pixels of the digital image are sequentially set as target pixels, and a step of converting the selected pixel.
