Chaolin Huang,Yeming Wang,Xingwang Li,Lili Ren,Jianping Zhao,Yi Hu,Li Zhang,Guohui Fan,Jiuyang Xu,Xiaoying Gu,Zhenshun Cheng,Ting Yu,Jia'an Xia,Yuan Wei,Wenjuan Wu,Xuelei Xie,Wen Yin,Li Hui,Min Liu,Yan Xiao,Hong Gao,Li Guo,Jungang Xie,Guang-Fa Wang,Rongmeng Jiang,Zhancheng Gao,Qi Jin,Jianwei Wang,Bin Cao +28 more
TL;DR: The epidemiological, clinical, laboratory, and radiological characteristics and treatment and clinical outcomes of patients with laboratory-confirmed 2019-nCoV infection in Wuhan, China, were reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-Flow Nasal Oxygen in Coronavirus Disease 2019 Patients With Acute Hypoxemic Respiratory Failure: A Multicenter, Retrospective Cohort Study.
Jingen Xia,Jingen Xia,Yi Zhang,Lan Ni,Lei Chen,Changzhi Zhou,Chang Gao,Xiaojing Wu,Jun Duan,Jungang Xie,Qiang Guo,Jianping Zhao,Yi Hu,Zhenshun Cheng,Qingyuan Zhan +14 more
TL;DR: High-flow nasal oxygen may be effective for treating coronavirus disease 2019 patients with mild to moderate acute hypoxemic respiratory failure, however, high- flow nasal oxygen failure was associated with a poor prognosis.
Journal ArticleDOI
[Cellular damage of low-dose combined exposure to mercury, lead and cadmium on hippocampal neurons in rats].
Zongguang Li,Fankun Zhou,A M Yin,Gao Yuxuan,Xue-Yan Jiang,Songhao Liu,Yuxi Zhang,Dandan Bo,Jungang Xie,Qiyue Jia,Feng Jinzhu,Chenguang Feng,G Q Fan +12 more
TL;DR: Cell factorial design analysis showed that Hg+Pb+Cd had a interaction on cell viability after 48 or 72 hours of combined exposure, and the results of ultrastructure showed that mitochondria decreased, ridges and matrixes gradually dissolved in rat hippocampal neurons of 5×MM group; nuclear chromatin aggregated was dissolved and the mitochondria also decreased in rat hippocampusal neuron of 10×MMgroup.
Journal ArticleDOI
Club cell 10-kDa protein (CC10) as a surrogate for identifying type 2 asthma phenotypes
TL;DR: Lower plasma CC10 was associated with enhanced airway hyperresponsiveness, and Type 2 inflammation, and Plasma CC10 is potentially useful in predicting T2-high and T1-low asthma.
Journal ArticleDOI
MTMR14 Alleviates Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease as a Regulator in Inflammation and Emphysema
Yiya Gu,Jinkun Chen,Qian Huang,Yuan Zhan,Ting Wang,Jixing Wu,Jianping Zhao,Zhilin Zeng,Yongman Lv,Chen Xiao,Jungang Xie +10 more
TL;DR: The hypothesis that Myotubularin-related protein 14 participates in the pathogenesis of COPD is supported and improving mitochondrial function and mitophagy homeostasis may be one of the mechanisms by which MTMR14 alleviates COPD and may potentially be a novel therapeutic target for COPD.
