Electrical Conductivity and Seebeck Coefficient of Nonstoichiometric La1 − x Sr x CoO3 − δ
TL;DR: In this article, the conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of perovskite-type oxides La 1−x Sr x CoO 3− δ (x=0-0.7) were measured in 10 −5 -1 atm O 2 gas at temperatures 25 o -1000 o C.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrical properties of La2−x, Srx,CoO4—I: Structure, electrical conductivity, and Seebeck coefficient of single crystals x = 0.0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5)
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the electrical properties and its relationship to the crystal structure of La 2− x Sr x CoO 4 and showed that the Co-O-Co bond length on the perovskite-like a t − a t plane decreased and the c t / a t ratio increased with increasing Sr content.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrical properties of La2−xSrxCoO4—II: Models and analysis of the relationship between cobalt 3d electron state and structural, electrical and magnetic properties
TL;DR: In this article, statistical dynamic calculations were made for the localized electronic state of cobalt 3d electrons in the K2NiF4−type La2−xSrxCoO4 (x = 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5) in order to clarify the relation between the conductivity, Seebeck coefficient, magnetic properties, and lattice parameters.
