Journal ArticleDOI

The Fluid Power Elements and Systems Made of Plastics

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present the theoretical basis of designing those elements, examples of the design solutions, as well as the experimental research results, and a prototype of the hydraulic system featuring the plastic elements has been assembled and tested, and it proves to work properly.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnet-Sleeve-Sealed Mini Trochoidal-Gear Pump Prototype with Polymer Composite Gear

TL;DR: In this paper, a magnet-sleeve-sealed variable flow mini trochoidal-gear pump is presented, which is a feasible proof-of-concept supported by functional indexes and the experimental results.

Tests of new methods of manufacturing elements for water hydraulics

TL;DR: The article presents a review of modern methods of producing hydraulic components that can work with water as a working medium using technology of coating and production of plastic elements, an alternative to the currently used stainless steel construction.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Construction and Experimental Research on Plastic Cycloidal Gears Used in Gerotor Pumps

TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented the construction and results of experimental research of a Gerotor pump with gears made of POM and PPS, which can operate at high speeds (up to 4000 rpm), at temperature of the working fluid in the range 25°C − 50°C, with the working pressure at the outlet of the pump 4 MPa.
