Today's world is absorbed by digital technology and developments. From daily bread to business, from home to office, the implementation of electronic devices has become an integral part of life. The wallet has transformed the global payments ecosystem by offering multiple digital services, from utility payments to e-tailing. After demonetization, e-payment systems, mainly mobile wallets, have become a popular means of conducting transactions without physical presence. This study was conducted on consumer preferences, satisfaction, and issues when using mobile wallets for cashless payment. The study used the chi-square method to analyze and interpret the primary data of 80 respondents. The study implies that today's life is more important to mobile wallets such as Paytm, MobiKwik, Bhim, and free charge.

This study aims to define essential principles that the organization must follow in labour welfare during COVID-19. It is a vital facet of industrial relations, the extra dimension that provides satisfaction to workers in a way that no amount of money can do so. The government initiates statutory laws from time to time to bring about some uniformity in the basic facilities provided to industrial workers since it is not confident that all employers are progressive and provide basic welfare measures. Industrial hygiene has been defined as science and art devoted to the anticipation, recognition, evaluation, and control of those environmental factors or stress arising in or from the workplace, which may cause sickness, impaired health, and significant stress among workers or the citizens of the community. Because it is a labor-intensive sector, it has a greater emphasis on employee welfare. The authors choose a bakery industry personnel's stress analysis during COVID-19 for this research work.

In the current global situation, half of the world is experiencing ethnic and religious conflicts that impact millions of lives, particularly among women. The stress of war can lead to various health issues, such as cyclical mastalgia and psychosis. During times of conflict, access to medical treatment may be limited. However, the ancient practice of yoga is effective in treating various illnesses. This chapter will explore various current therapies and yoga therapy for cyclical mastalgia (CM). Previous research has suggested using primrose oil, vitamins, and physical activity as treatments for CM. However, there have been few studies on the use of yoga for cyclical mastalgia. This investigation also examined the impact of current therapies on psychological outcomes. The results showed that while biochemical clinical trials can be effective, they may have side effects, and primrose oil and seed treatment were ineffective. Integrated yoga therapy has been shown to provide high-quality treatment for individuals suffering from cyclical mastalgia.

Navigating the Economic Challenges of the Russia-Ukraine Conflict on India

Cryptography is the technique of hiding and transmitting confidential information via the internet. There are various traditional cryptographic approaches have been presented by different researchers. Still, these techniques have several limitations, including huge computational times (during key generation, encryption, and decryption) and a high level of complexity (during permutation and substitutions). In the current scenario, Lightweight electronic devices (mobile, IoT, Smart Home devices) are becoming increasingly popular today. These devices create massive amounts of data, making it necessary to seek shrinkable and lightweight cryptographic techniques to ensure security. In this paper, we employ the property of an Involutory Function and a Pseudorandom Number Generator (PRNG) for encryption and decryption. The Involutory functions overcome the permutation and combinations encryption process and shrink the cryptographic operations using Functional Based Encryption. The XORed and Bit-Level Encryption processes are used to acquire the encrypted image. The encryption process is examined in terms of Execution Time. The encrypted image is evaluated using standard NIST statistical testing, Correlation coefficient, and Histogram analysis, demonstrating that the encrypted data has excellent statistical properties and security performance in cryptographic applications.

In this paper, various approaches for community detection in complex networks are studied. The existence of community structure is most important features for community detection algorithms in a complex network. These algorithms are based on order to unmask the structural properties of the network and dynamic behaviors with the maximization of modularity. As a result, one of the most challenging problems in network is community detection i.e. NP-hard in modern network science. In this paper an improved Louvain Algorithm has been embodied that reduces the computational time and also maximize the modularity due to resolution limit.

Community Detection in Networks: A Comparative study

This paper reports some experimental studies related to the possibility of using sonagrams (or “Voiceprints”) for recognizing the speaker. In the present experiment ten (Hindi) vowels, embedded in four different contexts viz. isolation, h-d, hΛ y-y (concavity), and hΛ w-w (convexity), as spoken by three male speakers were analyzed with the ‘sonograph’. Both the fundamental frequency and the duration of the vowels were estimated. The data indicates a significant variation in these two parameters as a function of speaker as well as context. The pitch and duration of the vowels for different speakers were plotted in a two-dimensional space for each context. The plots (or vowel contours) in all the contexts indicate different contours for the speakers. The separation between the contours is even better when the data for different contexts are pooled. These observations suggest that pitch-duration contours of vowels could serve as satisfactory invarient cues for individual speakers.
