Effects of fly ash additions on the mechanical and other properties of porcelainised stoneware tiles

TL;DR: The effect of fly ash additions on the mechanical properties of porcelainized stoneware tile composition has been investigated in this paper, where fly ash adds in the range of 0-40 wt% have been added in to the tile body composition, wet milled, spray dried, shaped and fired at 1250°C.
Journal ArticleDOI

In-plane displacement measurement using a photorefractive speckle correlator

TL;DR: In this article, a photorefractive correlator was used to measure in-plane displacement by measuring the separation between the correlation peaks of the interference signals. But the correlation was not used for the measurement of the object displacement.
Journal ArticleDOI

Edge enhancement, contrast reversal and logic operations using beam fanning in a photorefractive iron-doped barium titanate crystal

TL;DR: In this paper, the dynamics of beam fanning in a photorefractive barium titanate crystal at different wavelengths and with a mixed-polarization state of the input beam are investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Performance of a wavelet matched filter with optimized dilation designed using simulated annealing algorithm

TL;DR: The optimized dilation factor has been used to obtain wavelet matched filters (WMFs) for different fingerprint images, and a single WMF instead of a bank of filters can be used for identifying each image.
