Plasma behavior and control with small diameter assisting gas nozzle during CO2 laser welding
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of assisting gas in the laser-induced plasma behavior and characteristics of weld formation was investigated, and different configurations of heat input and side assisting gas were arranged to investigate the plasma behavior, and plasma images were recorded using high speed camera.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of Carbon Nanotubes on the Mechanical, Crystallization, Electrical and Thermal Conductivity Properties of CNT/CCF/PEKK Composites
TL;DR: In this article , the effects of carbon nanotubes on the mechanical properties, conductivity, thermal conductivity and crystallinity of composites were studied by universal testing machine and dynamic mechanical analyzer.
Journal ArticleDOI
Lysozyme regulates the extracellular polymer of activated sludge and promotes the formation of electroactive biofilm
Xindi Jia,Xiaoliang Liu,Kaili Zhu,Xinxin Zheng,Zhiyuan Yang,Xue Yang,Yunhua Hou,Qinzheng Yang +7 more
TL;DR: A new method to promote the formation of electroactive biofilm by regulating the extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) content in activated sludge with lysozyme can effectively enhance the ability of the bacterial community to form biofilms and exhibits great application potentials in the construction of high efficiency bio-electrochemical systems.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystallization, rheological behavior and mechanical properties of carbon nanotube/metallocene polypropylene composites
TL;DR: In this paper , carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were used to fill metallocene polypropylene composites with carbon fiber and a twin-screw extruder was used.
