TL;DR: Adjunctive tolcapone treatment was associated with statistically significant improvement in QOL in fluctuating Parkinson's disease patients, and a majority of patients experienced clinical benefits and continued treatment beyond the end of this study.

Orthostatic paroxysmal dystonia.
TL;DR: Subtraction single proton emission computed tomography demonstrated decreased perfusion in the contralateral frontoparietal cortex during the typical dystonic spell and coined the term “orthostatic paroxysmal dystonia” for this phenomenon.
