Kinetics and mechanism of hydrogen-induced disproportionation of ZrCo

TL;DR: The kinetics and mechnism of the hydrogen-induced disproportionation of ZrCo was studied experimentally in this article, showing that the disproportionation rate increased with increasing initial hydrogen pressure and showed a 3/2 power dependence on the pressure.
Journal ArticleDOI

Surface modification of Zr-based alloys applicable for tritium processing

TL;DR: In this paper, the Pd-overlayer on Zr3Al2 alloy was used as a model substrate to prepare surface protective layers of Pd with an electroless plating method.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of Surface Modification by Heating in Argon on Charge/Discharge Characteristics of Mg2Ni Electrode

TL;DR: In this paper, the surface properties of Mg 2 Ni electrodes were examined by focussing attention on the influence of surface modification by heating in argon, and the initial activation was significantly easier for the electrodes heated at 550°C than un-heated ones.
