A process cartridge to be detachably attached to an electrophotographic image-forming apparatus body includes a cartridge frame; an electrophotographic photosensitive drum; a processing unit for acting on the electrophotographic photosensitive drum; a handle for gripping the process cartridge when the process cartridge is mounted on a first electrophotographic image-forming apparatus body; and an mounting unit provided in the cartridge frame, to which a handle member is attached for gripping the process cartridge when the process cartridge is mounted on a second electrophotographic image-forming apparatus body in a case where the second electrophotographic image-forming apparatus body is used on which the process cartridge is mounted in a direction different from that of the first electrophotographic image-forming apparatus. Thereby, by achieving commonality of the cartridge-frame structure, the system can corresponds to the first electrophotographic image-forming apparatus and the second electrophotographic image-forming apparatus.

Process cartridge and electrophotographic image forming apparatus

A wheel support bearing assembly, which enables an increase in the strength and the fatigue strength of its wheel mounting flange or vehicle body fitting flange against high stress and repeated stress and the suppression of the increase of the number of processes, includes an inner member and an outer member rotatable relative to each other through rolling elements. The flange is formed on the inner member or the outer member, for example, a hub. A component part having the flange is a hot-forged product of steel in which a matrix portion is formed as a standard structure and the non-standard structural portion is formed on the surface of the flange. The non-standard structure is formed of either of a fine ferrite/pearlite structure, an upper bainite structure, a lower bainite structure, and a tempered martensite structure, or mixture of two or more of these structures.

Bearing device for wheel

A wheel bearing device comprises a rotor having a double row of raceway surfaces and having a wheel fixed thereto, an outer ring having a double row of raceway surfaces and a flange to be fixed to a knuckle disposed on the car body side, and a double row of rolling bodies interposed between the respective raceway surfaces of the rotor and outer ring. A pulser ring is disposed between the double row of raceway surfaces of the rotor, and a sensor opposed to the pulser ring is held by a holding member held between the flange of the outer ring and the knuckle, whereby the sensor can be disposed in the bearing inner space.

Wheel bearing device

A clutch 100 of the present webbing retractor has a gear wheel 116 and spring claws 182 , and has peripheral direction load receiving portions 120 at the gear wheel 116 , and load from the spring claws 182 is applied along a peripheral direction via the peripheral direction load receiving portions 120 . Therefore, compactness and weight reduction of the clutch 100 can be aimed for. Further, the clutch 100 has a ring 176 , and the ring 176 integrally has a cover portion 178 holding respective clutch structural members at predetermined assembly positions, and the spring claws 182 , and is held integrally with a rotor 124 by elastic forces of the spring claws 182 . In this way, the respective clutch structural members can be temporarily held (sub-assembled) integrally.

Webbing take-up device

To provide a wheel support bearing assembly, in which the sufficient proof strength of an inner race during assemblage onto the vehicle body can be secured without its function being lowered, the wheel support bearing assembly includes an outer member, an inner member, and rows of rolling elements interposed therebetween. The inner member includes an hub axle having a flange and an inner race on an inner race mount, with raceways defined in the hub axle and the inner race. The inner race has a counterbore at its inboard end. The hub axle has a plastically deformed portion which engages an axially oriented surface of the counterbore when radially outwardly crimped and does not protrude outwardly beyond an inboard end face of the inner race. The difference P between the inner race mount and an outer peripheral face of the plastically deformed portion is 0.13 mm or more.

Wheel support bearing assembly

A constant velocity joint assembly for a vehicle has a fixed type constant
velocity joint linked to one end of a shaft portion (5) of a vehicle, and a plunging type
constant velocity joint linked to the other end of said shaft portion (5). The fixed type
constant velocity joint comprises an outer joint member (1) having eight axially
extending curved guide grooves (1b) formed in a spherical inner surface (1a) thereof,
and an inner joint member (2) having eight axially extending curved guide grooves
(1b) formed in a spherical outer surface (2a) thereof. Eight ball tracks are defined
between said guide grooves (1b) of said outer joint member (1) and said guide
grooves (2b) of said inner joint member (2). All of said ball tracks being enlarged in
wedge form in one sense of the axial direction. Eight torque transmitting balls (3) are
disposed in said eight ball tracks. A cage (4) is provided having eight pockets (4c) for
storing said torque transmitting balls. One end of said shaft portion (5) is linked to a
wheel via said fixed type constant velocity joint and the other end of said shaft portion
(5) is linked to a differential via said plunging type constant velocity joint.

Constant velocity joint

In a bearing detachment prevention structure provided in a rotation pair portion of a link mechanism, play filling-up and pre-load adjustment for the bearing are realized with ease. As a means for therefor, there is provided a link actuating device having three or more sets of link mechanisms in each of which end link members are rotatably connected to input and output members respectively arranged on the input and output sides, the respective end link members on the input and output sides being rotatably connected to intermediate link members to form four rotation pair portions, the input and output sides being geometrically the same with respect to a cross section in a central portion of each link mechanism, in which each rotation pair portion of the link mechanisms has a bearing structure consisting of two bearings, with a play filling-up means for regulating axial movement of the two bearings being provided in the rotation pair portions. Further, by appropriately determining the configuration of each component forming the link mechanisms, interference between the components during operation of the link mechanisms is prevented. As a means therefor, a beveled portion is formed on the link side peripheral end edge portion of each input member, whereby interference between the end link member and the outer peripheral surface of the rotation pair portion of each intermediate link member is prevented.

Link actuating device

In a drive wheel bearing assembly, a fixed type constant velocity universal joint is coupled to a wheel bearing, mounted to one end of an intermediate shaft, and a sliding type constant velocity universal joint, is coupled to a differential, mounted to the other end portion of the intermediate shaft. One end portion of a stub shaft is connected to an inner joint ring of the constant velocity universal joint via torque transmission portions; one end portion of the intermediate shaft is connected to the other end portion of the stub shaft via torque transmission portions. A threaded portion is formed on an outer diameter portion of either the intermediate or stub shaft; a nut member threadedly engages the threaded portion; and a keeper ring is fitted into annular grooves formed on the outer diameter portion of the intermediate shaft or the stub shaft and an inner diameter portion of the nut member allowing the nut member to rotate, but not move axially.

Drive wheel bearing assembly

A hub unit bearing for automotive wheel comprises an outer joint member of constant velocity universal joint, an axle hub and an axle bearing assembled into one unit, the axle hub and the outer joint member being separably joined in a socket-and-spigot joint fashion, face splines being formed in opposing end surfaces of the axle hub and the outer joint member, one of double rows of inner raceways of the axle bearing being formed in the outer joint member, and quench-hardened layers of the inner raceways and quench-hardened layers of the face splines being formed continuously. A heat-affected zone incident to the quench-hardened inner raceway of the outer joint member may also be formed continuously with a heat-affected zone incident to quench-hardened ball grooves of the outer joint member.

Hub unit bearing for wheel

Eight torque transmission balls (3) are arranged separately. A ratio r1 (=PCDBALL/DBALL) of a pitch diameter PCDBALL (PCDBALL=2xPCR) of a torque transmission ball (3) to a diameter DBALL is set to a value in the range of 3.5≤r1≤5.0. A ratio r2 (=DOUTER/PCDSERR) of an outer diameter DOUTER of an outer coupling member (1) to a pitch diameter PCDSERR of a serration (or a spline) (2c) of an inner coupling member (2) is set to a value in the range of 2.5≤r2∫3.2.
