Isoflavone profiles of red clovers and their distribution in different parts harvested at different growing stages.

TL;DR: The isoflavone compositions and concentrations were also found to be different between red clover parts harvested at the early bud stage and the late flowering stage, providing important information for developing is oflavone-rich red clovers and for optimizing harvest timing and choosing the right part of thered clover plant.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of Ozone Treatment on Botrytis cinerea and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in Relation to Horticultural Product Quality

TL;DR: Ozone, an environmentally sound antimicrobial agent, inactivates microorganisms through oxidization and residual ozone spontaneously decomposes to nontoxic products, which may be applied to fruits and vegetables to reduce decay and extend shelf life.
Journal ArticleDOI

Gaseous ozone treatment inactivates Listeria innocua in vitro.

TL;DR: The objective is to investigate the effects of ozone on inactivation of Listeria innocua on solid media and to find out if ozone depletion affects the activity of the bacterium in solid media.
