Statistical neurodynamics of associative memory

TL;DR: A new statistical neurodynamical method is proposed for analyzing the non-equilibrium dynamical behaviors of an autocorrelation associative memory model and explains the strange behaviors due to strange shapes of the basins of attractors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Parameters identification of chaotic systems by quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization

TL;DR: This paper applies a novel evolutionary optimization algorithm named quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization (QPSO) to estimate the parameters of chaotic systems, which can be formulated as a multimodal numerical optimization problem with high dimension from the viewpoint of optimization.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cultural algorithm-based quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization

TL;DR: A hybrid quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization (QPSO) based on cultural algorithm (CA) is proposed and it is demonstrated that cultural QPSO outperforms the original Q PSO for many problems.
